Privacy Policy

1. Anonymity by Design

Ex Oblivione is built around anonymity. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information. You are a voice, not a profile.

2. What We Collect

When you submit content, we store only:

We do not collect your IP address, browser fingerprint, location, cookies, or any tracking identifiers.

3. How Content Is Stored

Submissions are initially stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (R2 storage and D1 database) for review. Accepted submissions are permanently archived on Arweave, a decentralized storage network.

Content on Arweave is permanent and cannot be deleted — by us, by you, or by anyone. This is the fundamental nature of the project.

4. Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how people find and use this site. It collects aggregate, anonymous data: page views, referrers, countries, and device types. It does not use cookies, does not collect IP addresses, and cannot identify individual visitors. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no session recording.

5. Bot Protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the submission form to verify that submissions come from real people. Turnstile runs an invisible challenge in the background — no puzzles, no spinners, no visible elements. It does not track you across sites or store personal data. For details, see Cloudflare's Privacy & Data Protection and Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate:

7. Removal Requests

Submissions that have not yet been archived on Arweave can be removed upon request. Once archived on Arweave, removal is not possible. If you have concerns, contact us before submitting.
